we're having a heatwave....

boy oh boy, it sure is hot. I may sound like a broken record but, please drink lots of water and stay cool. wear light clothing, turn off lights in the house and eat light foods. take it easy and if there is a pool nearby, jump in it! keep an eye on children, the elderly, the sick and those working outdoors.

soon, we will be waving goodbye to july...... and hello to..... well more heat.
